Vinification: The grapes, after careful selection, are destemmed and crushed in the absence of oxygen, followed by gentle pressing. Afterward, a slow fermentation begins for about 2 months.
Aging: 6/8 months in first and second passage barriques, followed by aging in the bottle for an additional 8 months.
Organoleptic characteristics: Intense red color, complex aroma of wild berries, sour cherries, licorice, and black pepper. On the palate, it is concentrated, soft, with a pleasantly long and spicy finish.
